By using twelvekind.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Who we are

TwelveKind is a Singapore-based store. We sell apparel and accessories featuring our original characters. Astrology here is entertainment, not advice or a claim about you.

Orders

A contract forms when we accept your order and charge your payment. Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless marked otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock, pricing, or fraud looks wrong, and we will refund any charge we took for that order.

Print-on-demand

Items are made after you buy them. That means limited ability to change or cancel once production starts. See the Refund Policy for defects.

Intellectual property

Character art, names, product designs, and site content belong to TwelveKind or our licensors. You may not copy, resell as your own design, or use our art commercially without written permission.

Your use of the site

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with the site or try to access data that is not yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Singapore law, TwelveKind is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
